Challenge: Get customers to open a store account and they could win tickets to the first ever Music Is King event headlined by internationally acclaimed Black Coffee. Solution: The copy had to simply articulate this competition to the customer and lead them to how they could enter and possibly win the Music Is King tickets.

Get Down Birthday 2018

Challenge: Create a Birthday campaign Solution: I suggested that we use a popular song called "Get Down" as a Birthday song and client loved the song and the music video so much that they bought rights to the music video and tweaked and made it into an ad. This campaign brought a lot of store traffic and beat the previous year's Birthday campaign sales.

Challenge: One of my first briefs at King James: Customers get 5% off the top 5 most expensive items in their trolley when they spend more than R500. Solution: The copy had to speak to this deal the name that was chosen from the naming convention was: "Take 5"
